Accessible parking services
CivicParkingOS is designed to support clear, keyboard-accessible, responsive public parking workflows and ongoing accessibility improvement.
Our approach
We work to make CivicParkingOS usable by people with disabilities and to support public entities in delivering accessible digital services. The platform is developed toward generally recognized accessibility practices, including semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, text alternatives where applicable, responsive layouts, readable contrast, and clear form labels.
Alternative assistance
If a permit application, payment workflow, credential, or other function is difficult to use, contact the parking program shown in the portal. The administering entity may offer telephone, in-person, paper, or other assistance consistent with its policies and legal obligations.
Report an accessibility issue
When reporting a problem, include the page address, the task you were attempting, the browser or assistive technology used, and a description of the barrier. Platform accessibility feedback may be sent to admin@balthroplogic.com.
Third-party services
Some workflows may redirect to third-party services, such as a payment processor or municipal website. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices and policies.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review public workflows as CivicParkingOS evolves and use feedback to prioritize corrections and enhancements.
